Her employees are very nice and accommodating. I was a new patient and was excited to get in...BUT all of that changed when the time continued to tick away. The room I was in was uncomfortably warm and the chairs in the waiting room as well as in the patient room were very uncomfortable only making matters worse was my appointment was at 3:15pm and by 5:00pm I still had not been seen. This is unacceptable. Especially when we have options. So I sat uncomfortably in hard chairs, a too warm room waiting for 1:45 minutes NOT to see the doctor. I wasted my time and energy. It is NOT ok! If people allow it, it will continue.
