Drake’s Collision at 23235 Telegraph Road, Southfield, Michigan.

I have to start at the beginning with this review about Drake's Collision, located on Telegraph in Southfield, Michigan. My dearest friend Imogene K., was the one who spoke highly about this Collision Company. Okay, I trusted her judgement and stepped out on faith. After all, I needed my car repaired. So, first I called the Collision Company and a man name Sam answered and he was so polite and nice over the phone. So moving forward I went there and he knew my name before I could say who I was, wow! Okay, there was another gentleman named Jeff, he was also very polite and nice. Both of these individuals were so helpful and very accomodating during my time while waiting in their sitting area. That being said I set up an appointment to take my car to Drake's Collision.

Now, it's time to mention the most awesome, kind spirited, individual at the Collision Company, her name is Jacquelyn. This lady was so friendly and caring. Anyone who meets her can feel very comfortable and know for sure that their service is going to be top-notch. Ms. Jacquelyn also provided me a loaner car and I was so appreciative, Jacquelyn has a sweet spirit. Mr. Sam was able to get me the best parts and save me on part of my deductible and Mr. Jeff who most of the time answered the phone was again very nice and pleasant.

Okay the end result...my car...it was repaired to the UTMOST SATISFACTION. I am extremely happy that I came to Drake's Collision. When you go to any place for service and experience good customer service, let others know...and if you need a Collison repair take your car to DRAKE'S COLLISION!!!!!!
