Very POOR!!!!!!!!!!!! I Called them for appointment the lady was very rude!!!! I let her know what optical plan I had. She kept telling me I have state insurance I HAVE BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD!!!! NOT THROUGH THE GOVERNMENT BUT A POLICY I PURCHASED AND PAY FOR MONTHLY!!!!! BECAUSE I AM BLACK AND SHE KEPT ON SAYING IS IT STATE INSURANCE NO!!!!!!!!! SO I TOLD HER TO JUST TAKE ME OFF THE APPOINTMENT SHE HAD THE NERVE TO SAY YES THAT WILL BE BETTER!!!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FAMILY OPTOMETRY TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a great team. I've been going to Family Optometry for almost 20 years. The customer service is impeccable and you will definitely receive personal attention and be greeted with a smile. They have always taken care of my eye glass and contact lens needs. Can't imagine going anywhere else.
